COMPATIBILITY WITH THE DOMYOS E-CONNECTED APPLICATION
You can connect your Treadmill via Bluetooth to the Domyos E-Connected application and partner applications, available on tablets and smartphones. The Bluetooth connection between the mat and the phone is made from the application. The compatible
applications allow you to diversify your sessions and stay motivated over time, according to your goals. Thanks to the automatic synchronization, your sessions are recorded and shared.

WIFI CONNECTABLE TREADMILL
The RUN500 treadmill can be connected to the wifi network of your practice place thanks to the Domyos E Connected application. This feature can be activated or deactivated at any time from the application. The

Connecting the RUN500 treadmill to the wifi allows you to automatically receive product updates and also to save all of your sessions in the Domyos E Connected application without having to connect the application for each session.
HEART RATE
The RUN500 treadmill is equipped with a Bluetooth receiver that is compatible with any non-coded Bluetooth heart rate monitor belt. To find out which Decathlon products are compatible, visit our support site. The sensor is automatically detected by the
treadmill and the heart rate, in beats per minute, is displayed on the console screen. This measurement is an indication and in no way a medical guarantee. Please consult a health care professional or a fitness professional for personalized advice based on

REMOTE CONTROL
The RUN500 treadmill is equipped with a remote control that allows you to adjust the speed and incline of the treadmill during your session. To practice safely, the remote control should remain magnetized to the console or exclusively in the hand of the person
using the treadmill.
The remote control must be kept out of reach of children at all times, whether the Treadmill is on or off.
The circle of light around the remote control is on when the remote control is connected to the console (Bluetooth) and off when the remote control is not connected to the console.
To pair the remote with the console, press the + and - buttons on the remote simultaneously for a few seconds. A beep and the lighting of the circle indicate that the remote is connected to the console and ready to be used.

MAINTENANCE OF YOUR TREADMILL
Regular maintenance of your treadmill is essential to ensure optimal performance and long life. Please read and follow the instructions below. Failure to maintain the Treadmill as directed can result in excessive wear and tear on the Treadmill and permanent
damage. For all maintenance, disconnect all power sources before servicing the Treadmill. If you have any questions, contact your local Decathlon store or visit decathlon.com
AFTER EACH USE
Unplug the power cord. Inspect and tighten all external parts of the treadmill properly. Worn or damaged components should be replaced immediately or the treadmill should be taken out of service until the repair is made. Only approved or dealer-supplied
components should be used to maintain and repair the treadmill.
CLEAN YOUR TREADMILL
• Dust and perspiration can quickly damage your Treadmill. It is recommended that
you pay close attention to cleaning your Treadmill after each use.
• Turn off and unplug your Treadmill.
• Apply a small amount of mild all-purpose cleaner to a 100% cotton cloth and

BELT TENSION ADJUSTMENT AID
Your treadmill is equipped with a belt tension adjustment program. This program displays a value on the screen that you can change by turning the belt tension adjustment screws in and out.
To access the assistance mode, perform the following steps:
• Remove the security key
• Press and hold START/PAUSE and STOP buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
• A double beep will inform you that you have entered the setup mode.

• The value to be reached for an optimal adjustment, without user on the racetrack and when the speed is 5km/h, must be between 1,36 and 1,48» (cold ).
• Here is how to modify this value
• If the value on the screen is lower, you have to tighten the stroke band. You must therefore tighten the 2 screws of the roller, in the same way on each side, and in a clockwise direction.
• If the value is higher, you have to loosen the stroke band. The 2 rear screws must therefore be loosened, in the same way on each side, and in an anti-clockwise direction.

LUBRICATING THE BOARD
It is recommended to lubricate your treadmill in order to limit friction between the running belt and the board. Lubrication is not necessary if there are traces of silicone on the inside
of the running belt or on the board (wet and slightly oily surface).
Turn off and unplug your Treadmill.
Lift the edges of the Treadmill and coat the inside of the Treadmill with 5-10ml of silicone*.
Plug your Treadmill back in.
Run the Treadmill at 4 km/h (2.5 mph) for 10-20 seconds.
Your belt is ready to use!
