SAFETY WARNINGS
The machine, despite compliance with the safety requirements outlined by the reference electrical,
mechanical, hygiene standards can pose a danger if:
•
Used for purposes and conditions other than those planned by the manufacturer.
•
The guards are tampered with.
•
The provisions planned for the following are not complied with: Installation - Start-up - Use -
Maintenance.
ATTENTION
For the purpose of preventing dangerous conditions and/or possible injuries caused by:
electrical current, mechanical units, fire or of a hygienic nature, the following safety warnings
must be complied with.
A - KEEP YOUR WORKPLACE TIDY.
Untidiness can pose a danger of accidents.
B - ASSESS ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS.
Do not use the machine in a damp, wet or insufficiently lit environment, near flammable liquids or gas.
C - KEEP CHILDREN AND UNAUTHORISED STAFF AWAY.
Do not allow them to approach the machine or the workplace.
D - USE THE MACHINE WITHIN THE POWER STATED ON THE PLATE AND FOR THE PERMITTED USE ONLY.
Without overloading, it will work better and safer.
E - DRESS APPROPRIATELY.
Do not wear clothing or accessories that are loose which could get stuck in the units in motion. Wear non-
slip shoes. For hygiene purposes as well as for safety, long hair must be tied up in a specific net and wear
gloves on hands.
F - PROTECT THE POWER CABLE. Do not pull the cable to remove it from the socket; do not expose the
cable to high temperatures, in contact with sharp edges, water or solvents.
G - AVOID INSECURE POSITIONS. Find the most suitable position to always ensure balance.
H - PAY UTMOST ATTENTION.
Pay attention when working. Do not use the machine when distracted.
I - EXTENSION CABLES IN OPEN AIR. They must never be used.
L - MACHING RUNNING AND UNGUARDED. The machine must always be supervised.
M- DISCONNECT PLUG FROM SOCKET
At the end of each use, before cleaning, maintenance or movement of the machine.
N - CHECK THE MACHINE IS NOT DAMAGED.
Before using the machine, check the safety devices are working properly.
Check the mobile parts are not blocked, that there are no damaged components, that all the parts are
correctly assembled and that the conditions that could influence regular operation of the machine are
optimal.
O - HAVE QUALIFIED STAFF REPAIR THE MACHINE.
Repairs must exclusively be carried out by qualified staff, using original spare parts. Non-compliance with
these provisions could pose a danger for the user.
P - THE PLATES ARE SAFETY DEVICES, therefore they must always be perfectly legible. If they are damaged
or illegible, their replacement is compulsory.
