RESIDUAL RISKS
The forming machine was designed according to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and Leg. Decree 27
January 2010, no. 17. According to these standards, assessment was carried out of deriving risks on
verification of the danger.
Residual risks have emerged from this assessment that cannot be eliminated otherwise functionality of
the machine would be lost. These risks are:
Loading, unloading and movement
of the machine
Return of the machine to the rest
position
Closure panels, chambers in which
voltage is present
Cleaning the parts in contact with
the dough

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MACHINE
The forming machine, produced in versions "33"and "45", is designed to form the bases for pizzas in various
diameters and thicknesses.
It has three-phase or mono-phase self-braking motors.
Parts in contact with food are all chrome or Teflon-plated.

- Ensure body parts are not near units in motion or

disconnect the plug).
