INSTALLATION
PROVISIONS UNDER THE USER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The environmental conditions of the workplace where the machine is installed
must have the following characteristics:
•
be dry
•
heat water sources adequately distanced
•
adequate ventilation and lighting in compliance with hygiene and
safety standards outlined by law.
•
The support surface must be horizontal, obstacles of any kind must
not be placed in the immediate vicinity of the machine which could
condition its normal ventilation.
IMPORTANT
In compliance with legislation in force, the electrical mains must not be equipped with an
automatic differential switch with adequate characteristics to those of the machine where the
opening distance of the contacts is at least 3 mm; an efficient ground is also indispensable.
Check the power supply voltage and the frequency of the system are compatible with the values outlined
both in the technical characteristics and on the plate affixed to the rear of the machine.
INSTALLATION MODE:
IMPORTANT
All the installation and maintenance operations must be carried out by staff who are
authorised and qualified by the manufacturer, which declines all liability due to wrong
installation or tampering.
The machine is supplied on pallets in a wooden cage. For movement, a forklift or a pallet truck is
necessary. If the machine is lifted with ropes or belts, pass them under the pallet.
To remove the machine from the packaging, belts can be used positioned under the machine and coupled
to a forklift or the specific eyebolt.
NOTE
All parts relating to packaging must be disposed of according to legislation in force.
Having removed the machine from the packaging, proceed as follows:
•
Position the machine in the planned location.
•
Remove the protective film, where present, avoiding use of tools which can damage the surfaces.
•
If the machine is unstable, place pieces of hard rubber under the feet.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Connection to the electrical mains is carried out using a power cable supplied, on which specialist and
qualified staff must install the relevant 16 / 32 A plug for the 3 pole cable (P, N, G) for the mono-phase
versions and 5-pole (3P, N, G) for the three-phase versions.
The socket of the electrical mains must be easily accessible. It must not require any movement.
The distance between the machine and the socket must be such not to cause power cable tensioning.
Furthermore, this cable must never be under the machine supports.
