Start-up situation with "machine ready"
To start a new cycle, proceed as follows:
•
Insert the ball of dough at the centre of the plate, with the help of a suitable peel and lightly floured;
•
Lower the front guard to start the up, pressure and descent cycle;
Note: To shut-off the cycle at any time, simply release the front guard
•
At the end of the cycle, release the guard to stop machine operation;
•
With the help of the specific peel, remove the formed pizza base from the lower plate;
Machine switch off
For total machine switch off, from the work terminated or shut-off condition, you need to:
•
Turn the main switch of the forming machine to position "0".
•
Rotate the protection differential switch to the OFF position, coordinated with the main earthing
system, placed upstream of the machine in the user's system, which disconnects the machine from
the electrical power supply.
Emergency stop
The forming machine is equipped with an emergency stop button with rotational release which enables quick
stoppage of the machine in situations with risk of injuries or when the work flow requires stoppage, thereby
guaranteeing the integrity of the forming machine and the safety of the person using it;
•
Press to quickly stop the machine;
•
Turn to release and reset machine operation;
