IMPORTANT
It is compulsory for the system to be grounded and have a differential switch in compliance with
legislation in force.
230V MONO-PHASE FORMING MACHINE: TO AVOID PHENOMENA THAT GENERATE
TRANSITORY SURGES IN CURRENT AND IN THE PRESENCE OF A SPEED VARIATOR
(INVERTER), FITTED ON THE MACHINE, THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM MUST BE
EQUIPPED WITH A CLASS A SUPER IMMUNISED DIFFERENTIAL SWITCH, TYPE "SI",
WHICH GUARANTEES CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY OF THE ELECTRICAL CURRENT
IN COMPLETE SAFETY.
THREE-PHASE FORMING MACHINE: AFTER CONNECTING THE MACHINE TO THE
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, RUN A TEST CYCLE. IF ON FIRST START-UP, THE LOWER PLATE
RISES COMPLETELY, THE 2 PHASES MUST BE INVERTED IN THE POWER PLUG.
Note: To invert the phases of the plug, proceed as follows:
•
Switch off the machine;
•
Remove the socket from the mains;
•
Invert the position of the two phases in the current socket. (e.g. L1 with L2 and vice versa);
•
Re-connect the machine to the mains;
•
Re-start the machine and check the lower plate rises completely.
•
Once the machine has started, wait a few minutes, before starting work, to ensure the functions are
correct.
