MAINTENANCE
ATTENTION: Before carrying out any maintenance intervention, including cleaning, take the
following precautions:
•
ensure the equipment is disconnected from the electrical mains (detach the plug from the electrical
socket), ensure the power supply cannot be accidentally re-activated;
•
Ensure the equipment is completely cooled;
•
Use the personal protective devices outlined by legislation in force;
•
Always work with appropriate equipment;
•
Having terminated the maintenance/repair/cleaning operation, before restarting the equipment
reinstall all the guards and safety devices;
For any maintenance not covered in routine maintenance, and in the event of malfunctions, contact the
manufacturer only.
CLEANING
ATTENTION: You are advised not to use non-food grade, abrasive or corrosive chemical products.
Strictly avoid use of water jets, various tools, rough or abrasive devices, such as steel pads,
sponges, etc. which could damage the surface and, in particular, compromise safety in terms of
hygiene.
Cleaning must be carried out at the end of each use in compliance with hygiene standards and to
safeguard machine functionality, proceeding as follows:
•
Using a wooden or plastic peel remove the residual dough from the plates;
•
clean the plates thoroughly using a soft sponge and warm water;
•
dry with kitchen paper, followed by a soft cloth and specific product for cleaning surfaces in contact
with food.
DISMANTLING AND DISPOSAL
ATTENTION: Demolition and dismantling of the machine are the exclusive responsibility of the
owner, who should operate in compliance with legislation in force in his country on safety and
environmental protection.
On demolition of the machine, strictly comply with the provisions of legislation in force.
To facilitate recycling operations of materials, proceed to differentiate the parts composing the machine,
according to the various types of construction materials (plastic, copper, iron, etc...).
