i The other lifting point is on the side of the machine.
4. Take one bolt and one nut out of the plastic bag.
5. Insert the bolt in the shaft for the wheel guard and
hand-tighten the nut.

bearing capacity (LOADBEARING CAPACITY = 1000
kg; VIOLET COLOR) as shown in Fig. 13.

Tighten lifting straps uniformly.

Fastening to the floor

1. Hoist the MERCURE 200 with a crane. Erect in the
intended area, taking care to comply with the speci-
fied minimum distances.
i To ensure reliable, ergonomic use of the
MERCURE 200, we advise setting it up at a distance
of 500 mm from the nearest wall.

Considerable forces are involved in the wheel
balancing process.
The device must be secured to the floor
before using it, following the steps indi-
cated by the manufacturer.
2. Place the MERCURE 200 on the floor in its final posi-
tion and mark the points where to drill the holes on
the base of the machine.
