9. ATTACHING AND REMOVING THE BOBBIN / EINSETZEN UND ENTFERNEN DER SPULE/

WARNING :
To protect against possible personal injury due to abrupt start of the machine, be sure to start the follow-
ing work after turning the power off and ascertaining that the motor is at rest.

Um durch plötzliches Anlaufen der Nähmaschine verursachte Verletzungen zu vermeiden, führen Sie die
folgende Arbeit erst aus, nachdem Sie den Netzschalter ausgeschaltet und sich vergewissert haben, daß
der Motor vollkommen stillsteht.

(1) Klinkenhaken
1) Die Kapselklappe 1 des Greifers anheben und die Spule herausnehmen.
2) Die Spule korrekt auf die Greiferwelle schieben, und dann die Kapselklappe einrasten.
(2) Kappenhaken
1) Klappen Sie den Hebel 2 des Greifers hoch, und nehmen Sie die Spulenkapsel mit der eingesetzten Spule ab.
2) Schieben Sie die Spulenkapsel auf die Greiferantriebswelle, und klappen Sie den Hebel herunter.
Lassen Sie die Maschine nicht mit der Spule (Spulenfaden) leerlaufen. Der Spulenfaden verfängt sich
sonst im Greifer, was eine Beschädigung des Greifers zur Folge haben kann.
1） 转动飞轮，把针杆上升到最高位置。
2） 拧松机针固定螺丝 2 ，让机针 1 的长沟转到朝向左
侧。
3） 把机针 1 插到最里面。
4） 拧紧固定机针固定螺丝 2 。

(1) Latch hook
1) Lift latch 1 of hook, and take out the bobbin.
2) Put the bobbin into the shaft in the hook correctly and
release the latch.
(2) Cap hook
1) Raise lever 2 of the hook, and remove the bobbin
case together with the bobbin in it.

2) Fit the bobbin case into the hook driving shaft, and tilt
the lever.

Do not make the machine run idle with the
bobbin (bobbin thread). The bobbin thread
is caught in the hook. As a result, the hook
may be damaged.
