Intended use
This item was developed to exercise targeted
muscle groups using barbells and dumbbells
(not included in the scope of delivery). This item
is designed for personal use and is not suitable
for medical or commercial purposes. This item is
suitable for indoor use.
Safety notes

as by people with reduced phys-
ical, sensory or mental capabili-
ties or a lack of experience and
knowledge, as long as they are

ed in the safe use of the item and

• Consult your doctor before starting
the exercises. Make sure that it is
safe for you to exercise.
• Do not use the item if you are in-
jured or have health problems.
• This item is designed for a max-
imum body weight of 130kg.
Do not use the item if your body
weight is above this.
• Keep the instruction manual close
to hand with the exercise instruc-
tions at all times.
• Remember to warm up before
any workout and moderate your
training according to your current
fitness level. Over-exertion and
training too hard can lead to seri-
ous injuries.. If you experience any
discomfort, weakness or fatigue,
stop exercising immediately and
seek medical attention.
• Expectant mothers should do the
exercises only after consulting their
doctor.
• The item may be used only by one
person at a time.
• The item is not suitable for thera-
peutic purposes.
• There must be a free space of
about 0.6 m around the exercise
area on all sides (Fig. N).
• Always exercise on a flat, level
and non-slip surface.
• Do not use the item close to stairs
or landings.
• If you experience dizziness or an
increased heart rate, etc., stop
exercising immediately and seek
medical attention.
• The item must be assembled by
an adult in order to prevent injuries
due to improper handling.
• Be sure to use the item only once it
has been fully assembled.
• Drink plenty of fluids while exer-
cising.
• Do not use the item as a step or
instead of a ladder.
• To avoid injury, never transport the
item over stairs or other obstacles
by yourself.
• Do not exercise if you are tired or
lack concentration. Do not exer-
cise immediately after meals. Wait
about 2 hours before starting to
exercise.
• Ventilate the exercise room suffi-
ciently, but avoid draughts.

• Keep the packaging materials
away from children. There is a risk
of suffocation!
• Children must not play with the
equipment.
• The item is not suitable for use as a
toy and must be stored out of the
reach of children when it is not be-
ing used. In order to avoid the risk
of injury, keep children away from
the item while exercising.
• Children must not clean or main-
tain the device unsupervised.
• In particular, make children aware
that the item is not a toy.
Hazards caused by wear
and tear
• Check the item for signs of dam-
age or wear and tear. Use the
item only if it is in perfect condi-
tion. The safety of the item can be
guaranteed only if it is checked for
damage or wear and tear before
each use.
• Use only genuine spare parts.
• Protect the item from extreme tem-
peratures, sunlight and humidity.
Improper storage and use of the
item can lead to premature wear
and possible breaks in the struc-
ture, which may result in injuries.
• Pay particular attention to any
signs of wear on the supports.
• Tighten the screw connections reg-
ularly.
Assembly
The item should be assembled by two
people.
Take care with delicate floors! If neces-
sary, use a mat to protect the floor.
Assemble the item as shown in Figures B to E.
