80º bench presses with dumbbell
(Fig. L)
Starting position
1. Move the backrest to 80º.
2. Sit on the item with your back to the backrest.
3. Tuck your feet below the foot roll.
4. Take hold the dumbbells with the backs of
your hands facing backwards. Your elbows
should be bent 45º away from your body
below the bench.
5. Hold the dumbbells at chest height.
Final position
6. Tense your chest and arm muscles.
7. Extend your elbows and lift the dumbbells
above your head, parallel to your lower leg.
8. Stay in this position for a short time before
slowly returning to the starting position.
9. Repeat this exercise seven times in four sets.
Take a break of about 120 seconds between
sets.

Arm bends (Fig. M)
Starting position
1. Move the backrest to 80º.
2. Get into step position behind the item, with
your left leg forwards on the base frame.
3. Take hold of the dumbbell with your right
hand with the back of your hand facing side-
ways. Extend your elbow.
4. Bend your upper body slightly forwards and
grip the top end of the backrest with your left
hand.
Final position
5. Tense your arm muscles.
6. As you exhale, bend your elbow until your
arm is at a right angle.
7. Stay in this position for a short time before
slowly returning to the starting position.
8. Switch step position, change arms and repeat
the exercise ten times in five sets. Take a break
of about 90 seconds between sets.

Stretching
Take enough time to stretch after each exercise
session. We have described a few simple warm-
up exercises below.
Do each exercise three times for 30 to 40 sec-
onds on each side.
Neck muscles
1. Stand in a relaxed position.
2. Using one hand, gently pull your head firstly
to the left, then to the right. This exercise
stretches the sides of your neck.
Arms and shoulders
1. Stand up straight with your knees slightly
flexed.
2. Move your right arm behind your head until
your right hand is between your shoulder
blades.
3. Use your left hand to grip your right elbow
and pull it backwards.

4. Switch sides and repeat the exercise.
Leg muscles
1. Stand up straight and lift one foot off the floor.
2. Slowly move your foot in a circle, first in one
direction and then in the other.
3. Switch feet after a short time.
Important: Make sure your thighs stay
parallel. Push your pelvis forward,
keeping your upper body upright.
Storage, cleaning
Store the item clean and dry at room tempera-
ture whenever it is not in use.
Clean only with water and then wipe dry using
a cleaning cloth.
IMPORTANT! Never use abrasive detergents.
At the head end, there are two rollers on the
base frame. Raise the base frame at the foot end
and roll the item for storage when not in use.
Disposal
Dispose of the article and the packaging
materials in accordance with current local
regulations. Packaging materials such as foil
bags are not suitable to be given to children.
Keep the packaging materials out of the reach
of children.
Dispose of the products and the
packaging in an environmentally
friendly manner.
The recycling code is used to identify
various materials for recycling.
The code consists of the recycling
symbol – which is meant to reflect the recycling
cycle – and a number which identifies the
material.
Notes on the guarantee and
service handling
The product was produced with great care and
under continuous quality control. DELTA-SPORT
HANDELSKONTOR GmbH gives private
end customers a three-year guarantee on this
product from the date of purchase (guarantee
period) in accordance with the following provi-
sions. The guarantee is only valid for material
and manufacturing defects.
The guarantee does not cover parts subject to
normal wear and tear that are thus considered
wear parts (e.g. batteries) or fragile parts such
as switches, rechargeable batteries, or parts
made of glass.
Claims under this guarantee are excluded if the
product has been used incorrectly, improperly,
or contrary to the intended purpose, or if the
provisions in the instructions for use were not
observed, unless the end customer proves that
a material or manufacturing defect exists that
was not caused by one of the aforementioned
circumstances.
Claims under the guarantee can only be made
within the guarantee period by presenting the
original sales receipt. Please therefore keep the
original sales receipt. The guarantee period is
not extended by any repairs carried out under
the guarantee, under statutory guarantees, or
as a gesture of goodwill. This also applies to
replaced and repaired parts.
If you wish to make a claim please first contact
the service hotline mentioned below or contact
us by e-mail. If there is a guarantee case, then
the product will be repaired or replaced free
of charge to you or the purchase price will be
refunded, depending on our choice.
Your legal rights, in particular guarantee claims
against the respective seller, are not limited by
this guarantee.
