Hints for the operator

The operation and maintenance instructions in this manual are
supposed to tell the user about the correct and safe use of the
machine.
In order to keep the proven-in-use Nussbaum quality concerning
live cycle and performance for this product, you have to follow the
given instruction carefully.
The owner is responsible for the safe environment of the test
equipment.
Use according to specification
Not to follow the operation and safty hints can cause severe
injuries for the operator and people standing by. The machine
may only be operated after having read and understood all
safety hints given in this manual.
To use this machine is only permitted to trained personnel. This
personnel has to be trained with all user and maintenance
manuals and has got to have a proper education and has to
know about the safty standards.
It is necessary:
- to have read and understood the manuals
- to know about properties and performance of the machine
- to keep unauthorised personnel away from the machine
- to check installation and positioning of the machine according
to the standards
- ensure that all operating personnel is trained for correct and
safe operation of the machine
- that power supply is interuppted before all work on electric lines
and electric motors
- to keep this manual in reach and to consult it when ever
necessary.
Do not use this equipment for purposes it is not designed
for!
Operating conditions
– Function
The system is a measuring instrument and is appropriate to
treat. Otherwise the necessary accuracy of measurement
is not to be guaranteed.
– Accuracy of measurement in the temperature range from
10 °C to +30°C
All stickers giving caution and safety hints are never allowed to be
destroyed or taken of. All missing stickers have to be replaced
immediately. Missing stickers can be ordered from your Nuss-
baum distributor
- During operation and maintenance you have to follow the
accident protection guidlines for electrical systems
- when ever you change the setup or construction of the machine
by your own, the manufacturer is no longer responsible for
damage and accidents happening to the machine and all
personnel operating it

Liability
All data given in this program are based on manufacturer´s or
importers information. Nussbaum GmbH can not be hold liable for
correctness and completeness of software and data. Liability for
any damage done by software bugs or missing or wrong data is
excluded. In any case liability of Nussbaum GmbH is limited to the
amount that the customor has actually paied for the product. This
exclusion does not apply for damage that is done by intention or
gross negligence from Nussbaum GmbH.
Warranty
The use of hard- and software that was not released for the use
with this product changes the product and therefore excludes
what ever liability and warranty even if this hard- and software has
been removed afterwards.
The product may not be changed. Our products are only allowed
to be used with original accessories. Otherwise your warranty will
be void. This Nussbaum test equipment is only allowed to be used
with operating systems released by Nussbaum. If you are using a
different operating system all warranty is void according to our
delivery terms. In addition Nussbaum can not be hold liable for any
further damage done by the use of non released operating
system.
