Finishing Adjustment work

You can exit the measurement and adjustment screens either
from the data summary screen, or directly from an adjustment
screen.
In the automatic, guided sequence, pressing ‚Continue'
fromt the last required front axle screen will bring you to the print
preview. Alternatively, you can press the button with the printer
symbol .

Documentation Work

At this time, you find yourself at the print preview screen, from
which the various steps for documentation can be initiated:
Just press the printer symbol, and you will have an anonymous
printout. Or, you personalize the results by entering licence plate,
customer name/address, etc. If you completed entry of licence
plate and customer information already at the beginning of the
process, or this data came from an external source (e.g. the
ASANetwork) you can directly save your work here (4.5.2).

Filling in the Job Record

If you want to fill in the job record, just press the white button with
the paper and pencil symbol. In the automatic process, the cursor
will be already placed on that button. You can now enter data like
the licence plate, name and address of the customer, name of the
mechanic who did the adjustment, mileage, comments, etc. All
entries are databank-based. This means two things. Whenever
there were already entries made for a particular field, you can
select one of them with a pull down menu. Use the mouse and
click on the small arrow righ next to the field, or when you TABbed
into the field, then press the right cursor key.
You will get from one field to the next either by pressing TAB or
by using the mouse.
Making a new entry e.g. for a customer, you get a page displayed,
on which you can make all related entries, like address, phone
number etc. When done, you get out of that page by clicking the
red EXIT key on the left bottom of the screen, and answer the
question whether to save the changes with ‚Yes'.
