Extracción de la batería

•
Asegurarse de que el conmuta-
dor de arranque esté en la posi-
ción "OFF".
•
Extraer el asiento.
•
Desenroscar los dos tornillos
(1).
•
Apartar los fusibles principales y
ABS.

Apartar el tubo de purga del em-
brague.
•
Apartar la tapa (2).
•
Desenroscar y extraer el tornillo
(3) del borne negativo (-).
•
Apartar lateralmente los cables
negativos (4).
•
Desenroscar y extraer el tornillo
(5) del borne positivo (+).
•
Apartar lateralmente los cables
positivos (6).
•
Sujetar firmemente la batería (7)

y extraerla de su alojamiento le-
vantándola.
•
Colocar la batería sobre una su-
perficie plana, en un lugar fres-
co y seco.

•
Make sure that the ignition
switch is set to "OFF".
•
Remove the saddle.
•
Unscrew the two screws (1).
•
Move the main and ABS fuses.
•
Move the clutch bleed pipe.
•
Move the cover (2).
•
Unscrew and remove the screw
(3) of the negative terminal (-).
•
Move the negative cables (4)
aside.
•
Unscrew and remove the screw
(5) of the positive terminal (+).
•
Move the positive cables (6)
aside.
•
Hold the battery (7) firmly and lift
it out of its compartment.
•
Put the battery away on a level
surface, in a cool and dry place.
