11.1 Maintenance
Warning
Maintenance procedures are intended to be performed only by qualified
personnel.
Recommended to do a preventative maintenance inspection every year.

service schedules, PCB diagrams, intervention procedures, test procedures,
spare parts lists, and other technical information.
11.1.1 Regular inspections
To ensure that the pump remains in good operating condition, regular inspections are required
for each use of the pump.

Requirements
No obvious damage, burr, deformation, scratch or bruise is
seen on external surfaces.
Two cases are closed and matched perfectly.
The stacking lock cover can be open easily, and the
stacking lock knob rotates smoothly.
The extension line holder is firmly installed and the slot is
smooth.
No obvious damage, deformation, or scratch is seen on
external surface.
Texts and symbols are displayed clearly and completely
with no tilted, deformed and missing contents.
No obvious damage is seen on external surface.
Keys are easily pressed down and then released without
being stuck.
No obvious damage is seen.
It can be operated properly without thread stripping.
No obvious damage, burr, deformation, scratch or bruise is
seen on external surfaces.
The pusher can be pulled out or pushed in smoothly when
