Information:
In addition to the above suggested actions, please also see Chapter 7
"Troubleshooting Guide" for more problem solving solutions.
For Battery Empty alarm: if the power loss is less than or equal to 30s, the
alarm settings prior to the power loss shall be restored automatically.
For Infusion Complete alarm: when the alarm is trigged, the device switches to
KVO automatically.
The Max infusion volume less than 1ml under single failure condition.
6.3 Intelligent alarm system
If multiple alarm conditions occur at the same time, the intelligent alarm system prevents a lower
internal rank alarm condition from generating alarm signals when a higher internal rank alarm
condition occurs. In other words, the device only responds to the alarm with the highest priority.
When alarms with the same priority occur at the same time, the device will respond according to the
default alarm logics.
Alarm Priority
High
Infused volume reaches the target
volume.
Only about 5% of solution is left in the
syringe during infusion.
Device is switched on but no action is
taken by the user for over 3 minutes.
The remaining battery life is less than
30 minutes.
The parameters set in dose mode make
the flow rate greater than the default
maximum.
The dose value set in drug library
mode is greater than the default
maximum.
No Battery alarm is prior to Empty Battery alarm.
Battery Empty alarm is prior to Syringe Holder Loose alarm.
Battery Empty alarm is prior to Syringe Plunger Disengagement alarm.
Battery Empty alarm is prior to Syringe Flange Insertion Error alarm.
Battery Empty alarm is prior to Syringe Not Calibrated alarm.
Battery Empty alarm is prior to Occlusion alarm.
Battery Empty alarm is prior to Syringe Empty alarm.
