and it starts splashing diesel. Then tighten the nut of the injector tube with
the injector and check for leaks.
5. Check if the water tank is filled with refrigerant, and that there are no water
leaks in the joints of the water pipe.
6. Check if the joints of the diesel engine parts are reliable. Check if the
storage battery is sufficiently charged, and if the joints of the lines of the
electrical system are in good condition and firmly adjusted.
7. Check if the clutch is activated (only engines used in vehicles)

2.3 Starting

1. Place the adjusting lever to the average speed position (in generator
installed engines is not required)
2. Rotate the starting switch to the pre-heated position so the thermal switch
heats for 20 to 30 seconds (in engines used in generators can be automatic)
3. Press the start button to make the diesel engine start. If the diesel engine
cannot be started, loose the button immediately and wait for 2 to 3 minutes
to restart it. If the diesel engine fails to start three consecutive times, check
the cause of the failure and remove them before restarting.
4. After starting the diesel engine, release the button, it is advisable to make
the diesel engine to run at low load at first to verify that there are no
abnormal sounds. Pay special attention to see if the oil pressure is correct.
As the machine heats loads can be connected progressively.

2.4 Operation

1. When the coolant temperature reaches 50℃ and the oil temperature over
40℃, working with load is allowed. When using in normal conditions, the
water temperature shall reach about 80℃.
2. Increase or decrease of the diesel engine load and rotation speed shall be
carried out evenly and gradually. Under normal conditions, it is not allowed
to suddenly connect or remove the loads.
3. During operation of the diesel engine, often pay attention and see if the
reading of the instruments or instrument panel is normal. Pay attention to
the exhaust gas color and the operation sound. Stop the machine for
inspection if there is anything abnormal.
