The fuel injection pump is calibrated by the manufacturer. Not to disassemble
without permission. If disassembled for repair an adjustment is required, keep it
clean.
The non-return plunger, the fuel outlet and the anchor can not be
changed.
An entirely mechanical adjustment is used. The fuel flow rate relatively
increases relatively as the speed adjustment handle moves toward the direction
releasing the spring, if turning in reverse flow circulation is also reduced. Do not
change the position of the two screws of rotation speed limit and screws of
maximum amount of fuel limit.
There is a lever to stop the engine in the controller housing when the diesel
engine must be stopped by emergency, move the stop lever.
The needle valve of the fuel injection nozzle and the needle of the valve body
are coupling parts, with high pressure rectifications, during disassembly, do not
exchange and keep them clean.
5.8 Lubrications systems
The lubrication system consists of the oil sump, the oil filter, the oil pump,
lubricant filter and several pipes, see Fig. 11.
The diesel engine is lubricated by oil pressure and splattered. The head of the
crankshaft, connecting rod bearings, the rocker and, the camshaft and bushing
are lubricated under pressure. The cylinder sleeve, the piston, the piston pin,
the connection cap connecting rod, camshaft and the lever, the valve and the
valve guide and so on depend on lubrication by splashing hot oil . Moreover, the
rolling bearing in the water pump adopts the injection of lubricating oil.
The lubricating oil in the crankcase must pass through the sump and filter, for
that it will be aspirated by the oil pump, driven by the hose and after winning
pressure it reaches the oil filter, the filter output, in the engine it is divided into
three paths: one goes to the head, reaches the head of the connecting rod to
lubricate through crankshaft hole; another reaches the oil groove in the shaft
space behind the cam bush and intermittently supplies oil. Another reaches the
shaft bearings.
The oil pump has a rotor inclined. The oil filter is a single core paper, is of
constant flow. During use, if the filter core becomes clogged, it will open the
safety lubrication valve to allow the oil flow to the engine and not run dry, but it
