5.6 Gear transmission system

The gear transmission system consists of timing gear from the crankshaft,
timing gear camshaft, fuel injection timing gear pump and inertia pump.

Each timing gear is marked with a timing gear except for the gear for the
hydraulic pump. The position of the teeth on the gear must be in the appropriate
position (gear marked with the number must be in the middle of the gears of
adjacent numbers) to ensure the relation of the synchronized movement of the
parts, see Figure 9 for details When installing the fuel injection gear pump
separately, the angle of advance for the fuel supply should be found first and no
marks are needed, the other gears referred must be synchronized properly.
Special tools are used for assembly and disassembly of crank gear, it is
installed using the two M8 screws on the flywheel spokes toothed gear and
screws. Tearing displacement is used to synchronize gears of inertia and the
body. The timing gear of the fuel injection pump is installed in the angle of
advance for diesel supply, which is fixed to the camshaft, only removing two
M8x35 bolts can remove the gear of the fuel injection pump.
