5.4 Crankshaft and flywheel

Timing gear for the crankshaft and the belt pulley are installed in the front of the
crankshaft. The flywheel is installed in the rear flange and is positioned by the
positioning pin. Six bolts are used to tighten the flywheel with the specified force,
a bearing 6203-Z is installed in the center of the flange in the back of the
crankshaft to connect with the drive shaft of the transmission, perform scale
marks in crankshaft belt pulley to observe the correct angle of advance.
The flywheel is done at high temperatures. The flywheel gear is located on the
outer circle of the wheel. There are scale marks in the flywheel to observe the
angle of advance.

5.5 Camshaft

At the front of the last cam of the camshaft (from the front side), there is a
supporting gear driving the oil pump. When the camshaft rotates, the cam
pushes to control the air inlet and outlet in each of the cylinders.
The thrust flange for the second change in the bearing housing of the cam is
provided, the axial direction can be controlled independently from the camshaft.
Bearings of each axis of the camshaft receive lubricant from the main channel.

the cover and the body match. Gear camshaft engages the gear oil pump,

lubricating oil pump, and then remove the camshaft from the front end.
