Adjustment of throttle cable
1. Check the throttle control
grip from the full open
position to the fully closed
position to check whether
the throttle control handle
rotates flexibly on the left and right sides of the
full steering position.
2. Measure its free travel in the throttle control
grip flange. The standard free stroke should be
10°- 15°.
The car is equipped with two-wire structure throttle
cable, throttle cable (A) It's a refueling line, throttle
cable. (B) It's back to the throttle line. Please follow
these steps to adjust the free stroke of the throttle grip:
• Remove the throttle cable
dustproof sleeve.
• Loosen locking nut 3.
• CompIete precession
adjustment nut 4.
• Loosen the locking nut 1.
• Turn the adjusting nut 2 so
that the throttle controls the
free stroke of the grip from 10° to 15°.
• Tighten lock nut 1.
• Adjust nut 4 so that the throttle grip rotates flexibly.
• Tighten lock nut 3.
Clutch adjustment
The free stroke of the clutch
shall be 10-20mm before the
clutch begins to loosen and the
position of the end of the clutch
grip shall prevail. If an anomaly
is found, the handle end of the-
clutch cable can be adjusted as follows:
• Remove the clutch cable dustproof sleeve.
• Loosen the locking nut 1.
• Spin in or out of the adjust-
ment screw 2 to make the
clutch free travel up to the
prescribed requirements.
• Tighten lock nut 1.
If the handle end of the clutch
c a b l e c a n n o t m e e t t h e
requirements of free travel
when the handle end of the
clutch cable is adjusted to the
limit position, then the locking
nut at the engine end is con-
