Battery
The battery is located under the cushion. The bat-
tery equipped with this car is valve-controlled wet
load free battery, it is strictly forbidden to pry open
the shell. There is no need for rehydration before
and during use.
Please read and observe the following consider-
ations before use:
• The battery terminal voltage is detected for the
first time. When the voltage is less than 12.6V, the
charging voltage is 14.4±0.02V, the charging limit
current is 10A, and the charging current is
reduced to 0.2A (or the relevant parameters are
printed on the surface of the battery). During the
charging process, the battery temperature is
higher than 45 °C, the charging should be
stopped immediately, and the charging should be
recharged after the temperature drops.
• The battery terminal is positive in red and negative
in black. Turn off the power supply when wiring, first
connect the positive pole and then connect the neg-
ative pole; remove the negative pole first and then
remove the positive pole when disassembled.
• Charging system detection: after the whole vehicle
starts, the battery voltage shows that the charging
system is normal between the 13.5V-15V.
• Vehicle leakage current detection: turn off the
whole vehicle power supply, positive or negative
series multimeter (current file), the current is less
than 5mA, the whole vehicle line is not abnormal.
• When the motorcycle is not in use for a long time,
recharge is carried out once a month, or the battery
is removed and placed separately, and the voltage
is tested every three months, and the replenishment
is carried out when the voltage is lower than 12.6V.
Battery power loss storage is not allowed.
When taking out the battery
for inspection, please do so
in the following order:
• Turn off the motorcycle
power switch
• Remove the cushion
• Remove battery pressure
plate
• Remove the negative extremes of the battery first
(-) and then remove the positive extremes (+).
• Remove the battery guard plate on the left side of
the vehicle
• Remove the battery strap and gently remove the
battery.
