Carbon Canister
This model is equipped with motorcycle fuel evapo-
ration control device: carbon tank.
The carbon tank is located under the radiator tank
on the right side of the vehicle. The carbon tank is
filled with activated carbon particles that can adsorb
vapor. It can effectively inhibit the volatilization of
excess fuel vapor into the atmosphere in order to
achieve the purpose of saving fuel and environmen-
tal protection.
If the gasoline spills into the carbon tank and other
parts, please go to the dealer maintenance depart-
ment to clean up or replace the carbon tank as soon
as possible, because too much gasoline into the
carbon tank will lead to the premature failure of acti-
vated carbon.
Radiator pipe clip loading and unloading
When the radiator clamp is removed, a special
clamp 1 is needed to reinstall the clamp 2, other-
wise the clamp will not be assembled in place and
the vehicle will fail.
Radiator pipe clamps are dis-
posable clamps. When the
clamps are removed, the old
disposable clamps can not be
reused, and the plate clamps
can be reused.
Fuel injector and oil circuit
There is an interface on the fuel
pump 1, and the fuel oil enters
the injector 3 through the fuel
filter 2 from one of the fuel
pump interfaces, and finally
injects oil and gas into the
engine intake pipe.
