Engine idle speed adjustment
The stepping motor in the motorcycle automatically
adjusts the idle speed to the appropriate range. If
you need to adjust, please contact Reseller mainte-
nance Department.
Driving chain
(QJ300-12A chain drive model is suitable for)
The service life of the drive chain depends on
proper lubrication and adjustment. Improper mainte-
nance may lead to premature wear of drive chains
and sprockets. In harsh use, it must be maintained
frequently.
Adjustment of the drive chain:
For each driving 1000km,
adjust the drive chain so that
the sag of the chain is 10-
20mm. Depending on your
driving condition, the chain
may need to be adjusted fre-
quently.
Warning
These suggestions are the maximum adjustment
time interval, in fact, the adjustment chain should
be checked before each driving. Excessive relax-
ation of the chain may cause an accident of
unchaining from the chain or cause serious dam-
age to the engine.
Please adjust the chain as follows:
• Support the motorcycle with a support frame.
• Loosen rear shaft nut 1.
• Loosen the locking nut 2.
• Turn the adjustment bolt 3
to the right or left to adjust
the relaxation of the chain.
At the same time, the front
and rear sprocket must be
aligned into a straight line
while adjusting the chain. To help you with this
adjustment process, each chain regulator is
engraved with a reference mark, check and make
sure that the reference mark on both sides of the
