When the coolant becomes muddy or to the mainte-
nance cycle, please entrust the dealer maintenance
department to replace the coolant in time.
The coolant expansion kettle is located in the front
part of the right side of the vehicle, and the liquid
level height of the expansion kettle coolant should
be checked regularly.
Check the expansion kettle coolant after the engine
is turned off and cooled. When checking, make sure
that the motorcycle is in the horizontal plane and
keep the body vertical. Observe whether the coolant
level is between the lower limit (figure 1) and the
upper limit (figure 2) mark. If the liquid level of the
coolant is below the lower limit mark, remove the
expansion kettle cap (figure 3) and add the coolant,
or add the coolant to the dealer maintenance
department.
Warning
When the engine is turned off and cooled, the cool-
ant can only be added. To avoid scald, do not open
the coolant nozzle cover before the engine is
cooled. The cooling system is under pressure.
Warning
In some cases, the substance contained in the
coolant is flammable, and when ignited, an invisi-
ble flame will be produced. Because combustion
can lead to severe burns after coolant leakage, it is
necessary to avoid coolant leakage on high-tem-
perature motorcycle parts.
Because coolant is highly toxic, avoid contact with
and inhalation of coolant and keep it away from
children and livestock. If inhaled coolant, seek
medical treatment immediately, if skin or eye acci-
dentally contact coolant, should immediately wash
with clean water.
Catalytic converter
In order to meet the needs of environmental protec-
tion emissions, the silencer is equipped with cata-
lytic converter.
The catalytic converter contains precious metals,
which can purify harmful substances in motorcycle
exhaust, including carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons
and nitrogen oxides.
Because the catalytic converter is very important, the
faulty catalytic converter can pollute the air and dam-
