chain is at the same level. After the base mark on
both sides aligns and adjusts the relaxation of the
chain to 10-20mm, the rear shaft nut should be re-
fixed and the final inspection should be carried out.
Notice
When a new chain is replaced, it is necessary to
check whether the two sprockets are worn or not
and, if necessary, to replace them.
During regular inspection, the chain checks the fol-
lowing conditions:
• Loose pin
• Damaged roller
• Dry, rusty and broken links
• A twisted or bitten link.
• Excessive damage
• Adjust the loose chain
If the above problems occur in the chain, then the
sprocket will be most likely to cause damage to it.
Check the sprocket for the following:
• Over worn gear teeth
• Broken or damaged gear teeth
• Loose sprocket fixing nut.
Cleaning and Lubrication of driving chain
Use dry cloth and motorcycle chain cleaning agent
to clean the chain. Clean the dirt on the chain with a
soft brush. After cleaning, dry and fully lubricate the
chain with a special lubricant for the chain.
Driving belt
(QJ300-12 belt drive model suitable)
Before riding, check whether the belt is working
properly, check that the belt has wound cracks and
other anomalies, and clean up the sediment, gravel
and other impurities in the inner or surface of the
belt teeth in time.
Notice
To keep the driving belt dry, do not remove the belt
shield, if the belt is wet, please dry or blow dry in
time, do not drive violently when the belt is wet and
slippery.
Please do not lubricate the belt.
Drive belt adjustment needs to use professional ten-
sion instruments, if there is any damage or adjust-
ment of the drive belt, please contact motorcycle
dealer, do not adjust the belt tension on your own.
