• Liberare il perno (C) spostando la cam-
ma (E).
• Estrarre il perno (C) dal decompressore.
• Per rimuovere il distanziale (D), ruotar-
lo fino a far corrispondere la feritoia (1)
con il perno (2), quindi sfilarlo.
• Svitare e rimuovere la vite (V) e la rondella a tazza (F).
• Estrarre la ruota fonica (G).
• Rimuovere la corona distribuzione (H) utilizzando un
estrattore commerciale.
• Recuperare la linguetta (I).
• Rimuovere il cuscinetto (L).
Prima del rimontaggio pulire le superfici di accop-
piamento e sgrassare con Loctite 7063.
Per gli accoppiamenti senza interferenza:
• Applicare Loctite 648, far ruotare la corona (H) sull'albero
a camme per distribuire uniformemente la loctite. Rimuove-
re la corona, inserire la linguetta (I) e reinserire la corona.
Per gli accoppiamenti con interferenza:
• Applicare Loctite 648, montare la linguetta e reinserire la
corona.
• Inserire la rondella a tazza (F) e la vite (V).
• Serrare la vite (V) (a seconda del tipo: T.E. oppure
T.C.E.I.).

• Loosen and remove the screw (V) and the Belleville washer (F).
• Remove the phonic wheel (G).
• Remove the timing sprocket (H) by means of a commercial
puller.
• Retain the snap.on tong (I).
• Remove the bearing (L).
Before reassembling, clean the coupling surfaces
and degrease by applying Loctite 7063.
For couplings that does not need applying force:
• Apply Loctite 648, rotate the ring nut (H) on the camshaft
in order to distribute the loctite all over the shaft. Remove
the ring nut, fit the tongue (l) and fit the ring nut back.
For couplings that need applying force:
• Apply 648, fit the tongue and fit the ting nut back.
• Fit the Belleville washer (F) and the screw (V).
• Tighten the screw (V) (according to its type: hexagonal
head screw or Allen screw).

• Release the pin (C) by displacing the
cam (E).
• Remove the decompressor pin (C).
• In order to remove the spacer (D) turn
it until the pin matches the slot (1) then
extract it.
