10.6.6 STOPPING AND RESETTING THE MACHINE
It is possible to stop the machine in the following ways:
n
releasing the push button [1] for starting the lower plate. In this way the lower plate inverts
its movement and consequently the machine is reset.

This way, the lower plate places itself automatically in the lower position inverting its own
movement if it was going up. In this case before starting the work again it will be necessary
to wait for the lower plate to come down completely.

10.6.7 SWITCHING OFF THE MACHINE

To switch off the machine follow these instructions:
n
Switch off the machine setting the button [2] in the position 0
n
Disconnect the plug from the interblocked 32A socket or switch off the machine setting the
magneto-thermic switch with differential in the position 0.

RESIDUAL RISKS

During the use of the machine there is the presence of some residual risks linked to the contact
with heated parts.
In fact, the operator during the operations of positioning and collection of the dough, must work
with the opened hood and with the lower limbs in correspondence with the heated plates.
So, it is necessary the use of appropriate Individual Protection Devices suitable for handling
foodstuffs.
