To adjust the distance between the plates turn the feeler [1] clockwise or anticlockwise to
decrease or increase respectively the minimum distance between the plates. The plates come
into contact when the feeler is at two thirds of
the scale.
The choice of the minimum distance between
the plates to be used has to be done according
to the weight of the rounded risen dough to work
as well as to the relative rising state.
10.6.3
To the timer setting, that is of the time which has
to pass before the lower plate starts going
down, can be carry out by turning the timer [1]
in correspondence with the desired figures.
The setting of this time depend on the
temperature and the rising state of the
dough.

WARNING : setting times longer than
4 seconds can cause the beginning of
the dough cooking.
10.6.4
To set plates temperature follow these
instructions:
n
press the button Set [1] of the thermostat
([2] lower plate – [3] upper plate) twice.
So, it will be possible to visualize the fixed
current temperature.
n
press the button Up [4] and Down [5] to
increase or decrease respectively the
desired temperature.
n
after 5 seconds the temperature setting is
memorized.
