Dual Rates for AILERON, ELEVATOR,
RUDDER
Menu: (
What does the term Dual Rates mean?
The Dual Rates function enables you to switch bet-
ween two different control surface travels for the func-
tions aileron, elevator and rudder.
Typical applications:
a. When you are test-flying a new model it is useful to
be able to switch to large control surface travels as and
when required, even though the controls would be
over-sensitive for normal flying.
b. Large control surface travels are required on the
landing approach (powerful response), but smaller
travels are better for normal flying (fine control).
Important: two values are required!
The "D-R" switch on the C
two different transmitter control settings. If you set up a
new model, one value is always 100%, the second
defaults to 99%. This means that the effect of the
transmitter control is virtually identical in both switch
positions.
