(Combined trephine and Bone Screw Remover)
1. Measure the outside diameter of broken screw and select trephine/
Broken Screw Remover that matches screw size.
2. Place trephine in handle. Turn counter-clockwise around broken screw.
The trephine should clear around the screw as well as bite into screw.
3. Continue turning in counter-clockwise direction until screw is completely removed.
Note: There may be bone in-growth on the screw preventing removal
of the screw. Depending on the surgical scenario and condition of implanted screws,
the broken screw remover may become damaged after normal usage. Inspect the
broken screw remover following usage to determine if any damage has occurred.
Discontinue use if damage is present.
