System suggestion of the unit with accessory rc100/ds and dhw
production management
IMPORTANT!
The type of system described below could lead to
lime scale forming in the water/refrigerant heat
exchanger. We therefore recommend taking
suitable steps to limit this phenomenon. When
operating as a heat pump, it is advisable to drain
the recovery circuit.
You will have to pay particular attention to the working pressure of the
system, which in any case must not exceed the nominal values shown
in the individual components and must prevent the water in the recovery
unit from boiling.

SECTION II :: INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
Correct water circulation must also be ensured by means of mixing
units, through the recovery unit or the desuperheater, as well as the
minimum water input temperatures to the recovery unit as follows.
The minimum water input temperature to the RC100 recovery unit is
equal to 20°C.
The minimum water input temperature to the DS recovery unit is equal
to 40°C.
NOTE: for the units to work properly, the pump of the DS/RC100
recovery unit must be controlled from the special digital outputs
provided in the board on the unit (see wiring diagram):
KPR1: recovery unit 1 pump control
KPR2: recovery unit 2 pump control
KPDS: desuperheater pump control
