4.3.1 MONITOR INCORPORATO PM/182

Questo dispositivo di emergenza (fig. 11) è
fissato direttamente al corpo del regolatore
di servizio. In questo modo i due regolatori
di pressione utilizzano lo stesso corpo
valvola ma:
- sono governati da due piloti distinti e da
servomotori indipendenti;
- lavorano su sedi valvola indipendenti.

4.3.2 MONITOR IN LINEA

In questa applicazione il regolatore di
emergenza è installato a monte di quello di
servizio. In funzione delle specifiche
esigenze di impianto il regolatore con
funzione di monitor può essere scelto tra:
- regolatore REVAL 182 (fig. 12);
- regolatore APERVAL, in tutto uguale al
regolatore principale (fig. 13).

4.3.1

PM/182 INCORPORATED MONITOR

This emergency device (fig. 11) is fixed
directly on the body of the service regulator.
In this way, the two pressure regulators use
the same valve body but:
- they are governed by two distinct pilots
and two separate servomotors;
- they work on independent valve seats.

4.3.2

IN-LINE MONITOR

With this kind of application, the emergency
regulator is installed upstream from the
service one. Depending on the specific
requirements of the system, the regulator
acting as monitor can be chosen between:
- REVAL 182 regulator (fig. 12);
- APERVAL regulator, the same in all ways
as the main regulator (fig. 13).

4.3.1 INTEGRIERTER MONITOR PM/182

Diese Sicherheitsvorrichtung (Abb. 11) ist
direkt am Stellgliedgehäuse
Betriebsregelgerätes befestigt.
Dadurch benutzen die beiden Regeleinheiten
zwar das gleiche Gehäuse, doch:
- sie werden von zwei
Pilotsystemen und unterschiedlichen
Stellantrieben gesteuert;
- sie arbeiten an getrennten Ventilsitzen.
4.3.2

IN REIHE GESCHALTETER MONITOR

Bei dieser Einsatzweise wird der Monitor als
zusätzliches Regelgerät in der Leitung vor
dem Betriebsre-gelgerät installiert. Je nach
den spezifischen Anforde-rungen der Anlage
kann der separate Monitor unter folgenden
Geräten ausgewählt werden:
- REVAL 182 (Abb. 12);
- APERVAL, genau dem
entsprechend (Abb. 13).
