Blinks to indicate what cooking stage has started and turns solid to
indicate what cooking stage is active.
•
Displays cook time and temperature when a cooking function is
selected/customised.
•
Time is shown in HH:MM format and counts up or down
depending on the cooking function and cooking stage.
•
Displays temperature in °C (Celsius) during non-pressure cooking
except Keep Warm.
•
Displays messages about the lid and cooking status. See Display
Messages (page 11).
Adjusts cook time, temperature, Delay Start timer, and Keep Warm timer.
•
Turns the pressure cooker sounds on/off.
•
When in standby:
•
Press and hold the + button until the display shows 'S ON', and the
sound will turn on.
•
Press and hold the
sound will turn off.
Note: Safety and error alerts cannot be turned off.

Sets 'Low' or 'High' pressure for pressure cooking.
• Sets 'Low', 'High', or 'Cus' (Custom) temperature.
Note: 'Cus' temperature setting allows you to increase or
decrease the temperature for 'Sauté', 'Yoghurt', and 'Sous Vide'
using the – or + buttons.

Turns Keep Warm on/off.
•
Can be used as a cooking function to reheat food.
•
For more information, see Keep Warm (page 24).
Note: Automatically on for all cooking functions except 'Sauté',
'Yoghurt', and 'Sous Vide'.
• Delays when a cooking function starts.
Note: Delay Start is not available for 'Sauté', 'Yoghurt', and

Stops the cooking function at any time.
