11. Twist the lid anticlockwise and lift to
open.
12. Carefully remove the steam rack
and springform pan with mitts, and
transfer to a heat-safe surface. Let the
cheesecake cool to room temperature,
then chill in the refrigerator for at least 8
hours before serving.
Reset Customised Cooking
Functions
The pressure cooker will remember cook
time, temperature, and pressure level of
adjusted cooking function settings until you
reset the settings.
To reset all cooking functions:
1. When in standby, press and hold
CANCEL until the pressure cooker
beeps.
2. All cooking function settings will reset
and return to their default settings.
