QUICK BREAD
Ingredients:

Butter
Salt
Sugar
White flour
Yeast
Preparation:
Fill the ingredients into the bread pan in the stated order. Select program 6 Quick Bread.
FRUIT BREAD
Ingredients:
Loaf size
Water
Oil
Salt
Brown sugar
Flour
Milk powder
Mixed spice
Yeast
Raisins / Dried Fruit
Preparation:
Fill the ingredients except raisins & dried fruits into the bread pan in the stated order.
Select program 7 Fruit Bread.
Coarsely chop the dried fruit and add into the pot when the beeper sounds during the kneading
process. Alternatively, you may fill
chopped dried fruit into the ingredients box before starting the program.
Optional: Instead of mixed spice, you can add nutmeg or cinnamon.
