Seilzug montieren
Netzanschluß
• Vorhandene Netzspannung und
Frequenz mit der Angabe auf
dem Typenschild vergleichen.
• Zuleitungen durch die Leitungs-
einführungen in den Anschluß-
raum am Seilzug einführen.
• Nach mitgelieferten Stromlauf-
plänen anschließen.
• Prüfen, ob Drehrichtung der
C
Seiltrommel den Symbolen am
Steuergerät entspricht, - wenn
nicht, zwei Außenleiter der Zu-
leitung vertauschen.
Achtung! Wenn beim Drücken
der Abwärtstaste der Seilzug in
der oberen Endstellung durch
den NOT-Endschalter abge-
schaltet wurde, sind alle Hub-
und Senkbewegungen gesperrt.
Ursache dafür ist die falsche
Phasenfolge am Netzanschluß.
In diesem Falle Endschalter ent-
riegeln:
1. Anschlag (A) auf der Endschal-
terstange langsam lösen. (Der
Endschalter geht dadurch in
seine Grundstellung und der
Seilzug ist wieder bedienbar).
2. Zwei Außenleiter der Zuleitung
vertauschen.
3. Achtung Unfallgefahr!

Mains connection

• Compare the mains voltage and
frequency with that given on
the rating plate.
• Lead cables into the hoist
terminal box via the cable
glands.
• Connect according to the
circuit diagrams supplied.
• Check that the direction of
rotation of the rope drum
corresponds to the symbols on
the control pendant - if not,
interchange two phase
conductors of the supply cable.
Caution! If the EMERGENCY
limit switch has cut out in the
highest position when the
down button was pressed, all
hoisting and lowering motions
are locked. This is due to
incorrect phase connection. In
this case, release the limit
switch:
1 . Slowly unscrew stop (A) on the
limit switch bar. (The limit
switch now moves into its
starting position and the wire
rope hoist can be operated
again).
2 . Interchange two phase
conductors of the supply cable.
3 . Caution! Risk of accident!

Branchement sur le secteur

• Comparer la tension et la
fréquence de secteur
existantes avec celles figurant
sur la plaque signalétique.
• Passer les lignes d'alimentation
dans les entrées de lignes et les
introduire dans le boîtier de
branchement du palan.
• Faire le branchement
conformément aux schémas
des connexions joints à la
fourniture.
• Vérifier si le sens de rotation du
tambour à câble correspond
aux symboles figurant sur
l'appareil de commande. Si ce
n'est pas le cas, intervertir deux
fils extérieurs de la ligne
d'alimentation.
Attention ! Quand après
actionnement de la touche
descente, l'interrupteur de fin
de course d'URGENCE a
déconnecté dans la position de
fin de course supérieure, tous
les mouvements de levage et de
descente sont condamnés. Ceci
résulte du raccordement
incorrect de deux phases. Dans
ce cas, déverrouiller
l'interrupteur de fin de course :
1 . Desserrer lentement la butée
(A) sur la barre pour
interrupteurs de fin de course.
(L'interrupteur de fin de course
revient à sa position de base, et
il est de nouveau possible de
commander le palan).
2 . Intervertir deux fils extérieurs
de la ligne d'alimentation.
3 . Attention, risque d'accident !
Régler de nouveau l'interrupteur
de fin de course, ↑ 52.
