WARNING!
• gas function (see also § 9.1.2): the operating logic of the control provides a difference between the
vacuum and gas values of 30%, regardless of the value of vacuum set.
• The minimum settable value of the seal function is 1 second.

9.4.2 OPERATION

1) Start-up.
Switch the machine on via the main switch ON/OFF.
The following visual warnings will be displayed:
- Options available (Chap. 9.2.1).
- Number of cycles performed (Chap. 9.2.2).
Upon completion, the previously set values will be displayed (the factory-set values will
be displayed upon the first start-up).
2) Changing the values of the functions.
Proceed with the programming as described in § 9.4.1
3) Restoring factory settings.
Press the "STOP" and "UP" buttons together at start-up, until the acoustic warning that
is activated after a few seconds ends. In this way, the basic values of all the programs
are restored.
4) Cycle start-up.
Lower the lid using both hands by pressing both corners of the lid (Fig. 1).
The cycle starts automatically.
5) Moving to the next function in advance.
To switch from one function to the next one in advance, press "SEl".
6) Interrupting a cycle.
The machine immediately stops the cycle and the chamber is decompressed when the
"STOP" button is pressed at any time. The lid is opened automatically.
The machine returns to the set program
7) End of cycle.
The lid is opened automatically. Remove the packed product, paying attention not to
touch the sealing bar, which could still be hot.
