OPERATION
9.7 PROGRAMMING AND OPERATION: PACKAGING lIQUID PRODUCTS
WARNINg! The boiling point of the liquid is decreased as the pressure inside the vacuum chamber decre-
ases. Water at 23.4 absolute mbar (equal to a vacuum of 97.66%) boils at 20°. The formation of bubbles
in the bag indicates the formation of steam. The liquid must not leak in any way, so as to prevent it from
being accidentally inhaled.
The operation is carried out using the inclined surface for liquids
1) Remove all the panels and insert the inclined surface
into the chamber, with the high part facing the sealing
bar and the sliding bar
the bag.
2) Insert the bag containing the liquid to be packed into the
chamber, paying attention not to fill more than half (1/2).
Rest it in the central position on the sealing bar, for the
open side to protrude by about 20 mm with respect to
the bar itself.
3) Repeat the operations described in Chap. 9.3.2, adjusting
the vacuum function so as to prevent reaching boiling
point and the liquid from leaking.
4) Interrupting the cycle.
The machine immediately stops the
cycle and the chamber is decompres-
sed when the "STOP" button is pressed
at any time.
The lid is opened automatically.
The machine returns to the set program.
