1.5 WARRANTy

All ORVED products are normally subjected to severe qualitative and functional controls before being installed in order
to safeguard and protect the Customers.

COVERAGE
ORVED guarantees its products from all manufacturing and processing defects and agrees to replace any parts that may
be found to be defective by the manufacturer, free of charge.
DURATION
ORVED guarantees its products of the "Cuisson" line for 36 months from the date of sale shown on the purchase document.
GENERAl CONDITIONS
The ORVED warranty:
a) Entitles the user to free replacement of defective components acknowledged by ORVED or an authorised representati-
ve. The warranty only covers the cost of defective material; labour costs for replacement and any transfer and shipping
charges are excluded.
b) ORVED's liability is limited to defective parts being replaced; under no circumstances shall ORVED acknowledge
compensation claims for anything different.
c) The parts in question must be returned to ORVED and all transport expenses for the parts to be delivered are entirely
borne by the Customer.
d) Normal wear and tear of the components is excluded from the warranty.
e) The warranty period is not extended if any repairs are performed.
