1) Portare la barra ago alla sua posizione più alta.
2) Allentare le viti di fissaggio 1, e spostare la guida 4 nel senso indicato dalla freccia, e regolare la posizione
longitudinale del coltello mobile 2 in modo che l'estremità del coltello mobile 2 sia quasi nel centro dello spessore
del crochet 3.
3) Al termine della regolazione, stringere le viti di fissaggio 1.
Atten zione
Al termine della regolazione, azionare il cilindro dell'aria manualmente, e confermare che il dispositivo
di taglio del filo lavori in modo liscio.

1. Make the holding force as low as possible within the range of holding the looper thread.
Cau tion
2. Looper thread cannot be held unless the clamp plane of clamp plate 1 comes in close contact with
moving knife 3. If not, lightly bend clamp plate 1 so as to make it come in close contact with the
moving knife.
1) ルーパ糸は糸切り後、 クランプ板 1 により保持され
ます。 保持力は止めねじ 2 をゆるめ、 クランプ板 1
を上下(A,/B)に動かし調整してください。
また、 動メス 3 が最も右にきたとき、 動メス 3 先端
からクランプ板1 の先端が2.5mm になるように調
整してください。
2） 調整後、止めねじ 2 を締めてください。
1. 保持力はルーパ糸が保持する程度ででき
るだけ弱くしてください。
2. クランプ板1のクランプ面と動メス 3が
密着していないとルーパ糸が保持できま
せん。 密着していない場合は、 クランプ板
1 を軽く曲げて密着するようにしてくだ
さい。
