Symptom and possible causes
1. The charging system is defective.
2. Cell plates have lost much of their active
material as a result of over-charging.
3. A short-circuit condition exists within the battery
due to excessive accumulation of sediments caused
by the incorrect electrolyte.
4. Battery is too old.
The battery has been connected the wrong way round
in the system.
1. Dirty container top and sides.
2. Battery si too old.
Symptom and possible causes
1. Leakage of brake fluid from hydraulic system.
2. Worn pads.
3. Oil adhesion on engaging surface of pads.
4. Worn disc.
5. Air in hydraulic system.
1. Glazed pad surface.

3. Damaged wheel bearing.
4. Loose front-wheel axle or rear-wheel axle.

6. Foreign material in brake fluid.

Check the generator,
regulator/rectifier and
circuit connections,
and make necessary
adjustments to obtain
specified charging
operation.

and correct the
