In operation, there is sliding contact between the
fork end and gear and, when a shifting action is ini-
tiated, the fork pushes the gear axially.
Too much a clearance is, therefore, liable to cause
the meshed gears to disengage.
If the clearance checked is noted to exceed the
limit specified, replace the fork or its gear, or both.

MOTOR
Durante la marcha hay un roce entre los extremos
de la horquilla y el engranaje y durante los cambios
de marcha la horquilla empuja axialmente al en-
granaje. Por lo tanto, si el juego es excesivo, puede
producirse el desembrague de los engranajes.
Si el juego supera el valor máximo, hay que substi-
tuir la horquilla o el engranaje correspondiente, o
bien ambos.
Juego de la horquilla en el alojamiento:
Valor máximo: 0,5 mm
Anchura del alojamiento de la horquilla
4,0 - 4,1 mm
