Si durante el encendido se verifica una
anomalía en el immobilizer, el tablero so-
licita que se ingrese el código del usuario.
Si se ingresa el código correctamente, el
tablero indica la anomalía visualizando el
mensaje SERVICE y encendiendo el tes-
tigo rojo de alarma general.
ALARMA URGENT SERVICE
La anomalía grave es indicada por el

destello rápido (dos destellos por segun-
do) del testigo de alarma general y por la
alternancia de los mensajes URGENT y
SERVICE en la pantalla digital. Es nece-
sario acudir lo antes posible a un Conce-
sionario Oficial Moto Guzzi. En estos
casos, la centralita activa un procedi-
miento de seguridad limitando las pres-
taciones del vehículo para permitir acudir
a velocidad reducida a un Concesionario
Oficial Moto Guzzi. Según el tipo de ano-
malía, el rendimiento puede limitarse de
dos maneras: a) reduciendo el par máxi-
mo que se puede suministrar; b) mante-
niendo el motor a un régimen de mínimo
ligeramente acelerado (durante este fun-
cionamiento, el mando aceleración está
desactivado).

If there is an immobilizer failure at igni-
tion, the instrument panel requests you to
enter a user code. If the code is entered
correctly, the instrument panel signals
the failure by displaying the word SERV-
ICE and the red general warning light
turns on.
URGENT SERVICE ALARM
A serious failure is signalled by a fast
flashing (two flashes per second) of the
general warning light and by the UR-
GENT and SERVICE words alternately
being shown on the digital display. See
an Official Moto Guzzi Dealership as
soon as possible. In these cases the ECU
activates a safety procedure limiting ve-
hicle performance in order to allow the
rider to go to an Official Moto Guzzi Deal-
ership at a reduced speed. According to
the type of failure, performance can be
limited in two ways: a) by reducing the
maximum torque produced; b) by keep-
ing the engine at idle speed but slightly
accelerated (during this operation, the
throttle control is disabled).
