O procedimento de abertura e fechamento da tampa das malas de
alumínio é o mesmo, pelo que é utilizada, como exemplo, a mala
direita (2).
Abertura das malas laterais
Para abrir a mala lateral, atue como de seguida.
Insira a chave na fechadura (F1) da mala e rode-a para a posição de
abertura, conforme indicado na figura (Y1).
Levante a alavanca (2A), conforme indicado na figura (Y2).
Liberte o engate (2B) da específica fixação (2C), conforme indicado
na figura (Y3).
A tampa (2D) tem a possibilidade de ser aberta de ambos os lados
da mala lateral.
Libertando o engate, situado na parte dianteira da mala lateral, a
tampa (2D) pode ser aberta para o lado traseiro da moto, conforme
indicado na figura (Y4) e vice-versa, libertando o engate traseiro
a tampa (2D) pode ser aberta para o lado dianteiro, conforme
indicado na figura (Y5).
É possível, também, remover completamente a tampa (2D),
desapertando o botão (2E), que fixa o cabo de sustentação (2F).
Em seguida, proceda libertando ambos os sistemas de engate (2B)
presentes nos lados da mala lateral, conforme indicado na figura
(Y6).
Fechamento das malas laterais
Para fechar a tampa (2D) na mala lateral, atue como de seguida.
Volte a fechar a tampa (2D), posicione o engate (2B) na específica
fixação (2C), conforme indicado na figura (Y7), e empurre
completamente a alavanca (2A) para baixo, conforme indicado na
figura (Y8).
Roder a chave para a posição de fechamento da fechadura.
Extraia a chave.
Atenção
Para abrir e fechar as malas, atue através das específicas alavancas
conforme descrito acima, extraindo previamente a chave da
respetiva fechadura; nunca utilize a chave, porque se corre o risco
de a partir.

The opening and closing procedure of the aluminium pannier cover
is the same. The example here shows the RH pannier (2).
Side pannier opening
Open the side pannier as described below.
Insert the key into the lock (F1) of the pannier and rotate it in the
opening position, as shown in the figure (Y1).
Lift lever (2A), as shown in the figure (Y2).
Release the coupling element (2B) from the relevant connection
(2C), as shown in the figure (Y3).
Cover (2D) can be opened on both sides of the pannier.
After releasing the coupling element on the side pannier front
side, the cover (2D) can be opened towards the rear side of the
motorcycle as shown in figure (Y4) and vice versa. By releasing the
rear coupling element, the cover (2D) can be opened towards the
front side as shown in the figure (Y5).
It is furthermore possible to remove cover (2D) completely by
loosening knob (2E), that fixes the supporting cable (2F).
Then release both coupling systems (2B) on the side pannier,as
shown in the figure (Y6).
Side pannier closing
To close cover (2D) on the side pannier, proceed as follows.
Close cover (2D), position coupling element (2B) on the suitable
connection (2C), as shown in the figure (Y7) and push lever (2A)
fully down, as shown in the figure (Y8).
Turn the key in the lock closing position.
Remove the key.
Warning
To open and close the panniers work on the relevant levers as
described above, after removing the key from the relevant lock
nipple. Never use the key as it might break.
