Montaggio traverso centrale
Note
Per comprendere meglio il montaggio del traverso centrale (5),
non vengono rappresentati il gruppo fanale posteriore e il gruppo
portatarga.
Note
I terminali posteriori destro (12) e sinistro (11), sono riconoscibili
dalla marcatura "R" ed "L " , che indica il corretto lato di montaggio
sul motoveicolo.
Premontare il terminale posteriore destro (12) sulla piastra
morsetto destro (7).
Importante
Verificare, che la poppetta (12A) fuoriesca completamente dall'
asola (7A) presente sulla piastra morsetto destro (7), come indicato
nel riquadro.
Ripetere la stessa operazione per il montaggio del terminale
posteriore sinistro (11) sulla piastra morsetto sinistro (8).
Inserire le n.4 rosette (18) sulle n.4 viti (19).
Operando sul lato sinistro del motoveicolo, posizionare l'estremità
del traverso centrale (5), orientandolo come mostrato in figura,
sul supporto valigia sinistro (3), interponendo tra loro la piastra
morsetto sinistro (8), avendo cura di inserire il terminale posteriore
destro (11) nella sede (D3) del telaietto posteriore, come indicato
nel riquadro.
Impuntare le n.2 viti (19) sul supporto valigia (3).
Dal lato opposto, sulla sporgenza delle n.2 viti (19) avvitare i n.2
dadi (17).
Serrare le n.2 viti (19) alla coppia indicata, mantenendo dalla parte
opposta, i n.2 dadi (18).
Ripetere la stessa operazione operando sul lato destro del
motoveicolo, per il montaggio della piastra morsetto destro (7).

Central cross member assembly
Notes
To better understand how to assemble the central cross member
(5), the figure does not show the tail light unit and the number
plate holder unit.
Notes
The rear RH (12) and LH (11) terminals are marked with letters "R"
and "L " respectively, indicating the correct assembly side on the
motorcycle.
Pre-fit the rear right terminal (12) on the right clamp plate (7).
Caution
Check that poppet (12A) comes out completely from slot (7A) on
the right clamp plate (7), as shown in the figure.
Repeat the same operation to fit the rear left terminal (11) on the
left clamp plate (8).
Fit no. 4 washers (18) on no. 4 screws (19).
Working on the motorcycle's left side, position the end part of
the central cross beam (5), orienting it as shown in the figure, on
the left pannier support (3) by placing the left clamp plate (8) in
between; make sure to insert the rear right terminal (11) into seat
(D3) of the rear subframe as shown in the figure.
Start 2 screws (19) on the pannier support (3).
From the opposite side, on the protruding part of the 2 screws
(19), screw the 2 nuts (17).
Tighten no. 2 screws (19) to the specified torque while holding no.
2 nuts (18) from the opposite side.
Repeat the same operation working on the motorcycle right side to
install the right terminal plate (7).
