Connecting one or more devices with CAN bus communication

Connect up the line connecting module and driver housing. Then hand-tighten all
cap nuts.

Set a unique address for each device at the 'CONFIG' port using DIP switches 1 – 6
(see chapter 7.7)

The last device in the chain must be activated as a terminator by setting DIP switch
8 to the 'ON' value

Connect the first device to the communication connecting line.

All other devices can be connected directly from the CAN Out connection to the
next 'Dig I/O' input using the 'CAN connecting line' available as an option (as a
'daisy chain')

The DC connecting line must be connected separately to each device.
