Fault/Error

Cause
Faulty power supply.
Mains fuse was triggered.
Plug connection on the
connecting lines does not
form a contact.
There is an internal error.
Piezo element broken. The
exchange module must be
replaced.
The device has detected an
error and is in fault mode.
Device does not find a
permissible operating
frequency.
Sparkovers on conductive
substrate with e.g. 'Standard'
exchange module.
Do not use a conductive
substrate, e.g. close to the
'Nearfield' exchange module.
The fan is defective.
The interior of the device has
reached an unacceptably high
temperature.
Exchange module not
installed or not detected.
Rectification
Check the power supply.
Check mains fuse.
Check that all plug connections are
attached properly and that the cap
nuts are hand-tightened.
De-energise the device. Switch on
again.
Remove the defective module and
install a new one.
On the actual device, test the status
of the LED display, then proceed
accordingly with the following points.
Piezo element broken. Remove the
defective module and install a new
one. Reset the error as described in
Point 7.2.
Use an appropriate module for the
substrate, e.g. 'Nearfield' module.
Reset the error as described in Point
7.2.
Reduce the distance from the
substrate or use an appropriate
module for the substrate, e.g.
'Standard' module. Reset the error as
described in Point 7.2.
Please contact After-Sales Service.
Let the device cool down. Check to
ensure that the air intake and the
nozzle outlet are not obstructed
during treatment. Reset the error as
described in Point 7.2.
Check to ensure that an exchange
module is installed and that it is
seated deeply enough in the device.
If necessary, remove the exchange
module and reinstall it.
If necessary, install a new exchange
module.
