WAVE PTX Portal.
● The top white crescent LED blinks
twice.
● The voice announcement repeats ev-
ery eight minutes, accompanied by a
double blink from the top white cres-
cent LED, until the Wi-Fi credential are
configured.
If the device is unable to connect to the
PWAP after 30 seconds of searching,
the device shows the following indica-
tions:
● The voice announcement sounds, indi-
cating that the device fails to find the
temporary Wi-Fi and reminding you to
ensure that the temporary Wi-Fi is in
range.
● The three bar LED blinks.
● The top and bottom red crescent LED
blinks twice.

WAVE PTX Activation Failure

TLK 110 The radio display shows the following
indications:
● Error 0622 or Error 0623 service
codes.
Chapter 2: Troubleshooting
Resolutions
1. Ensure that the temporary Wi-Fi access
point is in range.
2. Configure any Wi-Fi or hotspot that acts
as a PWAP with the following credentials:
a. SSID: WaveRadio
b. Password: RadioManagement
c. Type: WPA/WPA2-Personal(PSK)
Resolutions
On the WAVE PTX Portal, verify that the de-
vice name appears in the Users page and
STATUS column shows Active. If the STA-
TUS column shows Disabled, you must reac-
tivate the user's status.
Perform the following actions to reactivate
users:
1. Select the users in the Users page.
2. In the Actions menu, click Activate.
3. Click OK.
Verify the selected users return to Active sta-
tus.
Click the Reactivate link from the Activation
Code column to re-initialize the WAVE PTX
account.
