Installing the ET sensor on a solar module.
1. Unscrew the fixing screw (see Fig. 6-3, page 38, item (6))
for the ET sensor.
2. Place the ET sensor on the frame of the module (2).
3. Position the ET sensor in the centre of the module.
4. Align the sensor eye (7) of the ET sensor flush with the
eye
edge and parallel to the surface of the module (3b).

5. Position the sprung temperature sensor, which protrudes
from the sensor housing, centrally beneath a solar cell, so
that the temperature sensor (4) (see Fig. 6-3, page 38)
touches the rear of the module.
6. Tighten and lock the locking screw (6).
No water should be allowed to penetrate the fixing screw of
the ET sensor. If the ET sensor is installed in such a way that
water can penetrate the fixing screw (9), the housing must
be turned.
In this case, proceed as follows:
Rotating the housing
1. Unscrew the locking screw.
2. Unscrew the screw plug.
3. Use a small screwdriver to pry the female insert out of the
housing.
